As we approach the Pennsylvania primaries tomorrow, President Bush says he supports incumbent GOP Sen. Arlen Specter for re-election over more conservative Pat Toomey, because Specter is “a firm ally when it matters.”
So that must mean “it” doesn’t matter when it’s time to:
confirm non-activist, constitutional judges;
support school vouchers;
defeat the unions’ anti-business tactics;
cut pork from federal spending;
support pro-life legislation;
support tax cuts;
impeach President Clinton;
support free-market principles;
defeat big government.
