In the interest of being fair and balanced, I’ll note that the Winston-Salem Journal has endorsed incumbent Richard Burr for U.S. Senate over challenger Elaine Marshall.
The Journal says “(i)f his party wins a majority in the Senate, he’s in line to share the power and bring significant funds back to North Carolina for the Piedmont Triad Research Park and other economic development projects. That could mean jobs.”
