Here at JLF headquarters, Terry Stoops is tallying up an impressive record to gain that nom de guerre.  Well,  with this caveat: only if you’ve engaged him in a discussion about school construction or the lottery. Those who have sought Terry’s erudite opinion this week include: the Western Wake Republican Club, the Wake County Taxpayers Association, and Lockwood Phillips and Connie Asero where an architect told Carteret County that they need $25 million more to complete projects that will use the $50 million from last November’s bond.  Oh, and he did an interview with Shelvia Dancy for News-14 Carolina on the inadequate school construction scheme setout by the “Education Lottery”.
