Newly re-elected U.S. Rep. Larry Kissell of North Carolina’s 8th Congressional District is one of 20 Democrats in the U.S. House publicly saying “no” to Nancy Pelosi as minority leader, according to The Wall Street Journal:

No challenger has emerged to run against Ms. Pelosi, but the calls for change nonetheless threaten to undermine the speaker, who has earned a reputation for discipline and loyalty from her rank-and-file. “It’s just vital that we need new leadership,” said North Carolina Rep. Larry Kissell, a first-term Democrat who was re-elected last week.
