“Learning from YouTube” was created by Alexandra Juhasz, media studies professor at Pitzer College, to examine the potentials and pitfalls of the digital age through YouTube, the Claremont (Calif.) Courier reported.

“It’s a serious class where we think critically about the daily culture and questions about a variety of issues as well as aspects of community and debate,” Juhasz said.
