For felony breaking and entering. Lord, I love Mecklenburg County’s criminal justice (sic) system.

Cordalro Maurice Robinson, 18, was arrested Monday after he was shot by a homeowner in North Charlotte. Robinson was hit in the torso and Javon Caldwell, 16, was hit in the leg. A third suspect Jeffrey Pharr, 17, was not hit. All were charged with felony breaking and entering in connection with the incident.

Robinson was convicted of multiple counts of felony breaking and entering a little over one year ago on charges dating back to December 2007. He was given 24 months probation according to state records. Robinson now has been arrested five separate times for felony breaking and entering.

Caldwell was arrested in June for attempted B&E of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. Pharr was arrested four previous times this year, including felony motor vehicle theft and B&E charges.
