Judge Howard Manning ruled that the Wake County Schools “lacks the statutory authority to convert traditional calendar schools to mandatory year round schools.”
Americans for Prosperity and Wake CARES will hold a press conference at 3:00 pm at the Salem Street Soda Shop in Apex. They spearheaded the effort to stop mandatory year round schools in Wake County.
