Atkins executive principal Dan Piggott, under investigation for sexual assault on female employees, submits his resignation to WSFCS, but Superintendent Don Martin doesn’t accept it.
Martin’s logic is WSFCS can’t investigate an someone who no longer works for the system. Piggott’s attorney, Michael Grace, says he wants his client to tried in the criminal justice system, not the school system.
