Julia Havey knows diets and publicity. She also understands that the limits of personal responsibility are pretty narrow, so she is suing Coke,
not because she wants to, but because their latest campaign allows
people to earn points for collecting Coke packaging. That packaging
could have contents and those contents could have calories. A person
who consumes those calories could become colossal.

She wants to
save children from drinking 49,920 bottles of Coke to earn the points
necessary to for a trip to LA and a recording session.
