Meehan says more specimens were received from Nifong on May 17 and June 27.

Brocker: Did Nifong ask for a summary report of all tests, all items, similar to the SBI report? Meehan: No, he never specified what he expected to see in the report. Says Nifong didn’t ask for the written report on April 21.

Brocker: Did he ever ask for a report containing all tests and results? Meehan: No.

Exhibit 209: SBI report. Brocker: Does SBI report show results for any DNA other than from reference specimens? Meehan finally admits that SBI report says it can’t match some DNA to Mangum or players.

Brocker: Why didn’t your report do that? Meehan: “On its surface this is not at all unusual.” Says if it had been a “final conclusive” report, it would have.

Brocker: Is the format of your report consistent with that of the SBI report? Nifong attorney objects, chairman overrules.

Meehan: No. Ours has profiles. Theirs doesn’t.
