McClatchy reporter James Asher helped the Congressional Black Caucus perpetrate its N-word and spitting hoax on the Sunday the health care bill was passed in the House, and now one of its reporters has been booted from a Guantanamo trial for revealing a protected witness’s name.
The reporters claimed that the name of the witness had been used in the Canadian press, so, no biggie. But isn’t that similar to the defense Scooter Libby used in the Plame “outing” incident? Didn’t work for him.
