What has gotten into the Upstate? I thought it was supposed to be the most straight-laced part of Lower Carolina. Not so much:
A tenant is accusing her landlord of going into her apartment without her permission and using her computer to look up porn and solicit prostitutes, in a lawsuit filed in Greenville County court.
Pam Therien said she was a tenant at the Colony North Apartment Complex when her landlord, Harry Luthi, Jr. went into her apartment and used her computer.
According to the lawsuit, Luthi told Therien that he went inside her apartment in 2006 to check a leak. However Therien said she never reported one.
That is just rude.
