The McCrory administration’s Medicaid reform plan marks a major step forward for a program that costs too much and delivers too little. Jonathan Ingram, director of research for the Florida-based Foundation for Government Accountability, delivered that message during a presentation today to the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.

In the video clip below, Ingram discusses Medicaid’s current budget problems and outlines good ideas linked to the Medicaid reform plan, which is called the Partnership for a Healthy North Carolina.
