Recall that we’ve seen not a hint of Valerie Hamilton’s toxicology report, not to mention a firm understanding of how CMPD came to lodge criminal charges against Michael Harvey and Harvey alone in connection with Hamilton’s death. A sweet plea deal a la Jackson would incent to Harvey to stay quiet, keep the toxicology report under wraps, and avoid open court questions about CMPD’s handling of yet another high-profile case.
