What are the difficult choices entrepreneurs must make to stay on the moral high road in a government-driven economy?

If Jim Black, Mike Easley, Tony Rand, weatherization, General Motors, Bank of America, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina don’t illustrate that it is harder for entrepreneurs to be moral when government runs the economy, then surely Venezuela, Cuba, and North Korea show how hard it is to be entrepreneurial in such cases.
