In 2004 the North Carolina State Board of Education rejected a bullying policy that included a long list of protective classes, and instead passed a policy stating bullying would not be tolerated.  Chairman Lee offered the reasoning that you are a victim if you let somebody make you a victim. He also stated that when you start identifying people as victims, they start acting like victims and behaving like victims. Good logic Chairman Lee!
Charlotte Mecklenburg Board of Education voted last night on a bullying policy that included over 20 protective classes of individuals, which included the controversial ?sexual orientation, gender identity/expression? protective categories that were included in the 2004 defeated policy at the state level. While no one at the school board meeting last night embraced ?bullying? there was strong opposition to the overtly aggressive homosexual agenda supported in the policy. Even more concerning was the lack of a clear definition of what constitutes ?bullying.?
The Gay, Lesbian and Straight Educational Network (GLSEN) makes it clear they strategically organize school clubs to begin the political process in implementing a policy making disagreement with homosexuality ?bullying.? The goal is indoctrination of schoolchildren, the next generation. Their objective is to make homosexual behavior with same sex couples, as normal and accepted as heterosexual behavior with a male and female in marriage. This calculated ?victim strategy? worked very well with six of the nine school board members.
