A few weeks ago I wrote about the economic impact of the potato and its value in lifting people out of poverty around the world. Come to find out, cocktail connoisseurs are touting potato vodka for use in a vodka martini. Evidently potato vodka has “coolness.” As a non-drinker, I’m not even sure what that means.
