The state’s highest court has upheld today lower-court rulings against Good Hope Hospital, which had been challenging the state’s decision to block its efforts to build a new hospital in Lillington.
The original ruling was tied to the state’s misguided Certificate of Need (CON) law, critiqued in a 2005 report from Roy Cordato.
