A new encyclopedia category has been added to northcarolinahistory.org:  the Civil War.  The new category is not a comprehensive wartime study, but it provides more than a good start for anyone interested in learning more about the Old North State from 1861 to 1865.  Stay tuned as more entries are added.  A complete list of current Civil War entries can be found here.
