Pretty ugly what is unfolding in the State Bar hearing on Durham DA Mike Nifong. It is crystal (ha!) clear that Nifong knew he didn’t have a case within weeks of the infamous party. Some of us smelled a problem with the case back then as well. And others of us ordered three reporters up I-85 to file 50 inches of credulous copy on the case.
