Citing various news sources, N&R reports Volvo has narrowed its choice for a $500 million factory to two southern states —and North Carolina is not one of them.
Reuters reported that South Carolina was one of the states, while the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports —according to “people with knowledge of the situation”— is Georgia.
