When you run to the public for taxpayer guarantees of your operation, you basically take on the public at-large as business partners. And your partners have a right to know how the operation is doing, especially if they could be on the hook for anywhere from $1 million to $7 million in debt service payments.
In fact, we are fast coming to the point where we need a complete audit of the operation. Debt service is just part of the ongoing operating cost of the $38 million center. What are those other costs compared to incoming revenue?
We simply cannot make sense of what is going on out by the goat farm without that vital info.
