Williamson says he would like to get the transcript of the Dec. 15 in-chambers meeting with Judge Osmond Smith. “It’s directly at issue,” he says. Wants it made available. Wants to make inquiry of Judge Smith as to whether he could modify his order to allow use of that transcript only regarding the motion to compel and to still keep confidential the medical record discussions.
Asks Jim Cooney to contact Judge Smith and convey this to him and to let him know what he finds out after the lunch break. No objections. Cooney agrees to accept the assignment.
