Queens University will take $500K from John Allison’s BB&T charity arm to study the works of Ayn Rand. The horror.
The study will involve a “leadership retreat” rather than formal classes, the better to insulate the school from tainting itself with undue influence from Allison and Objectivism.
As such, possible discussion topics for the retreat might include, “Which Rand Character is Most Like Hugh McColl?” and “Galt’s Gulch vs. Phillips Place: Compare and Contrast.”
