John Hood wrote an excellent piece today on parental choice and schooling. He mentioned that charter schools are in high demand.
Newsweek recently posted a story on the best high schools in the country. Raleigh Charter is listed as one of the best schools in the country–coming in at number 19. Though down from previous years, Raleigh Charter’s consistent showing as one of the best in the nation challenges recent criticisms that charters are not working.
