You can quibble with this CBSSports.com list — overall I think it is heavy on WRs — but it more or less gets things right. Lotsa good players on bad teams were not overlooked, for example.
On the just missed list: Julius Peppers. He has another season like last year, he’ll be on the ex-Panther list as well.
