A commentary in the UNCA paper asks:
Should questions about ethics and morals have an effect on the country’s new health care system?
If I read the commentary correctly, women are having babies, and they’re not sure how it is happening. When women can’t take measures to make sure the fetuses don’t spontaneously generate, that is unhealthy. The glaringly obvious conclusion is, if you care a nickel about the health of minorities like women, and want the United States to compete with Europe, the government must collect taxes (that really aren’t taxes, of course) to pay for eliminating the invasive fetuses.
