Blacks are robbing Hispanics all over Durham, and the victims fear they are being singled out because of their race. But the Rev. Paul Scott of Durham’s Messianic Afrikan Nation says it couldn’t possibly be racism. Why not? As he explains in the comments to a Herald-Sun story about the spate of robberies:
Black people do not have a systematic program to rob Latinos of their rights, so it cannot be racism.
Well, as long as they’re not systematic about it.
