Perdue: The state should try to make two years of community college costs free to all students.
We know that’s Perdue’s stance community college, but exactly how is making tuition free going to contain costs? Anyone?
Meanwhile, the Winston-Salem Journal says “we have to create new ways of getting more of our students into college.”
