Jordan joined the Locke Foundation in the summer of 2018 as Health Care Policy Analyst. After two years in the research division, he moved over to the government affairs team. Jordan now works with state decision-makers in the public and private sector to advance the foundation's free-market public policy goals.

Jordan is a Charlotte native. He holds two Political Science degrees from Appalachian State University: a B.S. in American Government and an M.A. in American Politics.
Jordan was a legislative intern for U.S. Sen. Thom Tillis and a research intern for the John Locke Foundation.
