Studies have shown the Prius to be, in the long run, less green than a regular car because of the energy that must be consumed to make it. But now the guys at BBC’s Top Gear show the Prius can be less economical, fuel-consumption wise, than the built-for-speed BMW M3. It depends on how you drive your high-performance car, of course:
