WRAL has video of the protest staged at Tom Tancredo’s speech this last Monday at UNC. The highlight comes in at about 1:45 where a student was asked if he was glad Tancredo got to speak this year (as opposed to last).

“No, I don’t think Tom Tancredo has a right to speak on our campus. He doesn’t have a right to speak anywhere.”

When asked if this is censorship, his response was:

“Not at all. I mean, I think what we’re saying is that actions, his words, have consequence, and the consequence is racism.

To sum up his opinion: Tom Tancredo should not be allowed to speak, but it’s not censorship precisely because his ideas are objectionable.

Any opinions of Tancredo aside, not allowing speech because of content is the definition of censorship. Add that to the fact that it was held at a public institution, and I can hardly imagine a better example of what censorship would be.
