Parents in three North Carolina cities have a chance next week to learn more about the benefits of school choice.
Parents for Educational Freedom in North Carolina is sponsoring a ?Putting Parents In Charge? tour through Raleigh, Asheville, and Charlotte. The tour starts 1 p.m. Monday on the State Capitol grounds.
