Belmont City Manager Barry Webb was arrested for DWI the other night after going out on the town in Charlotte. Webb blew a 0.15 The Gaston Gazette reports, almost twice the legal limit for drunk driving.
Previously Webb served as the town manager in Cornelius and in Matthews.
