So if this was a sporting event, would we want
the bill count to be like golf (lowest score or amount of bills
introduced wins) or any other sports (most bills introduced wins)? And
if this was a sporting event, would there be a playoff system for the
top bill introducers to battle for the title of “Legislative King of
Pork?” This would probably make the legislative season more
interesting.
