I was in Charleston SC for business last week and found my wallet contained gas receipts from Sunoco in Smithfield, NC, for $2.79, and the same day at Sunoco in Charleston, for $2.59. I filled up on $2.49 near Latta, SC, on the way home Friday.
Not that state taxes have anything to do with it.
