There’s only one problem with the CNN report Rick shared.
There is a fairly long description of what a bill from the Senate Finance Committee would try to do, but no Baucus Bill. The CBO cost estimate of the amended summary clearly stated: “CBO and JCT?s analysis is preliminary in large part because the Chairman?s mark, as amended, has not yet been embodied in legislative language.”
As we noted before (here, here, and here) the health care bill will be written like legislation in North Carolina – behind closed doors, with no public input.
Kay Hagan must feel right at home.
