Two decades after Ronald Reagan left office, we still can learn lessons from his presidency.

Steven Hayward has identified some of those lessons after completing a two-volume, 1,500-page narrative history of Reagan’s impact on American politics. The second volume of Hayward’s The Age of Reagan is available now.

Hayward, a fellow with the American Enterprise Institute and Pacific Research Institute, shared his Reagan insights during today’s meeting of the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society. Click play below to learn what Hayward thinks about Reagan’s legacy.
