Attorney Jay Grodner is just as classy a guy as he seemed from my post the other day.

He also links to a page on the Web site of Citizens for Legal Responsibility page, a Web site that, according to the page, is “dedicated to Exposing Attorney and Judicial Misconduct.” Here’s what it says:
In addition to being disciplined for being involved in a scheme to forging documents, it has been reported to CLR that attorney Jay Robert Grodner has since then engaged in a conflict of interest with his clients, has abandoned his clients, has engaged in false billing, has engaged in a fraud upon his clients, provided ineffective assistance of counsel, and has engaged in a “fraud upon the court”.
Is it not also fraud when attorney Jay Grodner does not inform his clients, or clients to be, of his previous discipline?
CLR has been informed that attorney Jay Robert Grodner was arrested by the Chicago Police on December 1, 2007 for criminal damage to property.
That last line refers to the keying of the Marine’s car.
Credit where it’s due, here’s the blog that apparently discovered Grodner’s lively social life.
