Hard to describe Superior Court Judge William C. Griffin in any other terms, after he disregarded precedent because he thought the judges behind a N.C. Court of Appeals ruling were lacking in trial experience, failed to follow the law, and imposed an unconstitutional gag order.
Unsurprisingly, the N.C. Court of Appeals was not amused.
