WRAL has a good synopsis of the legislative incumbents who appear to have lost bids for re-election in yesterday’s primary. Losers include Democratic Rep. Jim Crawford, who was part of a race I profiled for Carolina Journal a couple of weeks ago. Crawford was one of five House Democrats who sided with Republicans on the state budget. Anther, William Brisson, won his race.
