I just caught Greensboro blogger and City Council candidate Ryan Shell speaking out against reopening the White Street landfill. He cracked a quick joke, bemoaned Greensboro’s poor air quality, told a couple of sad stories, suggested that money could be saved by requiring apartment complexes to recycle, reminded the council that they were dealing with peoples’ lives, said he respected Mike Barber but vehemently disagreed with him on this issue.

No judgment, just fact. Interpret for yourselves, dear readers.
