The Senate Agriculture, Environment, and Natural Resources Committee has just approved the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard (REPS) described in Monday’s Carolina Journal exclusive.
The bill will head to the Senate Finance Committee before heading to the full Senate.
