This picture of Lt. Gov. Bev Perdue (I was sent the link and told it was from the Rocky Mount Telegram; I can’t find it in a news story, but I wonder if it wasn’t used in this one, which now carries the same photo twice) was taken at a bad angle; it resembles this Capcom Street Fighter illustration, recently mocked at PhotoshopDisasters.com:
