N.C. Republican Party Chairman Tom Fetzer wants five newly revealed flights involving Gov. Beverly Perdue added to a formal investigation of Perdue’s campaign finances.
Fetzer urged the State Board of Elections back in October to conduct an investigation. He sent a letter today to state elections director Gary Bartlett regarding the new flights. Perdue announced last week that her campaign had made repayments connected to those flights.
