I’m sitting in the House as they debate the budget. You may know this, but they reinserted the requirement the Global TransPark submit a plan to repay its debt. Rep. [Grier] Martin [D-Wake] said [paraphrasing], “We had this requirement in last year’s budget, and they did not meet it. So, we’re basically saying we really meant it when we said we want your plan.”
