More interesting liberal logic, this time from the Winston-Salem Journal.

The Journal takes note Piedmont Triad Research Park anchor tenant of Targacept’s first profitable year, concluding that “(a)s the economy improves in the coming years, the state should increase its financial support of the park.”

Again, it seems to me that as the economy improves, the park should be better able to stand on its own, without support from the state. But maybe I’m missing something. I think that a lot as I read the paper these days.
