The story starts with the statement that the tax cuts 20+ states are considering “might not be such a good idea.” But this line shows up later:
the panelists agreed that ?the days of budget cuts are over.”
The panel reported excellent revenue growth, especially in the
corporate income tax.
I’ve been trying to come up with the right analogy — you know, like
trying not to step on cracks while crossing Capital Boulevard.
