JLF has written extensively about tax reform in North Carolina. Now the Tax Foundation is weighing in. As the House is debating the tax reform proposal in HB 998 (you can listen in here) , the Tax Foundation has just released it’s analysis of the plan. Under the House tax reform plan, North Carolina moves from #44 to #19 in the Tax Foundation’s State Business Tax Climate ranking.
