Let me get this straight. According to The N&O our foreign policy should be to fold up the tent when faced with technological setbacks and give Russia veto power over our initiatives. Boy, I’m sure glad these guys weren’t running the country during the Cold War or we’d be speaking Russian and listening to radios powered by vacuum tubes.
